実践ビジネス英語を聴いていると，green-collar jobというフレーズが出ていました。「環境保護に関係のある職」という意味の新語だそうです。white-collar, blue-collarという区分けはよく聞きますが，この区分けとは別の区分けで，green-collarがあるわけです。green-collarの中にwhite-collarとblue-collarがあるわけですね。
ちなみに，collarは色のcolarとは別で，シャツの襟のこと。
