Today I had to translate some English documents into Japanese. I could understand the English documents without difficulty. But when I translate them into Japanese, I couldn't translate them easily, especially I couldn't translate English into simple or comprehensive Japanese. Recently, when I read or listen English, I mostly understand them without translating them into Japanese. I think it is a good way to understand English well and doing so indicates my English skill becomes better. But translation is also important and from experience today, I'm not good at translation now and I have to practice. I may have to try many kinds of training. If I have time, I'll translate English resouces into Japanese. When I translate, corectness is required but simple Japanese is also important. So I'll take simplier Japanese.
